About the Instructor:
Rashmi Soni is an Award-winning internationally renowned contemporary artist and curator with an impressive list of achievements. She turned artist from a political Science lecturer, and she was an UPPCS exam qualifier too. Later She followed her passion and studied art painting, she is a gold medalist in her masters in painting.
Rashmi is the Founder of Shiny Colors Fine Art Academy since 2013 and Co-founder of Opus Inter National Artists Forum since 2022.
She was awarded for Kala Bhushan Award for Best Contemporary Artist 2023 from the Global Scholar Foundation Belgaum Karnataka. She has been featured many times in National news daily like The Deccan Herald, Indian Express, and Eenadu. She got published in several art magazines as well like Falcon from Prestige, Startist’s Artists, Art Journals and Royal Art Times. She is a writer of three eBooks-

• Mastering The Facial Features: A Guide to Realistic Portrait and
• Beyond The Basics: Advance Techniques for Stunning Watercolor Portraits.
Rashmi has concluded 5 solo shows 2 in Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad, 2 in Sublime Galleria Bangalore and 1 in India Art Festival Bangalore. She curated around 20+ Art exhibitions In Bangalore and worldwide. Her art is prominently featured in numerous National and International galleries, known for its realistic figurative and waterscapes, particularly in watercolor and oil mediums. Her work is proudly held in the permanent collections of esteemed institutions such as Delhi Lalit Kala Academy, Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy, Lovely Professional University, Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts, JW Marriot Hotel, Kochi Forum Mall, Prestige Hotel as well as several other national and international personal art collections in US, Hawaii, UK, Australia.
