









THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE EXHIBITION:-
No original work should be sent unless asked for. All artists should upload the photographs of their original works in the higher resolution. The selection will be made by the Jury on the basis of the photographs only. The artists whose works are selected will be informed to send their original works i.e. Paintings and Drawings.
Submit the entries from 15th June to 30th July 2025.

1. First Prize (5 Platinum Artist Awards 1 in each category): ₹10,000 Cash + Art

2. Runner-Up (5 Diamond Artist Award 1 in each category): ₹5000 Cash + Art Materials
worth ₹2000 from Art Lounge.
3. “Late Smt. Radhika Bhimraj Sawant Memorial Watercolour Award”. Sponsored by
Artist Prafull Sawant worth Rupees 5000/-.
** The selection and judging committee are at the liberty to withhold any number of
awards if they do not find entries up to the mark for the awards.

MAXIMUM SIZE of selected work:
Minimum A3 size (12×16) Inches
Maximum 2×3 feet. Artworks larger than this may not be displayed.
Note: For outstation artists we will provide the stretchers for Oil and Acrylic Painting and frames for water color paintings.
The canvas should have 2 inches margin all around for the stretcher.
The out of Bangalore artists have to pay 1000 rupees extra for framing and courier charges.
Submission Deadline for Outstation Artists
Outstation artists have to pay 1000 Rupees per painting to take care for the framing and return courier, outstation artists has to send unframed painting in a PVC roll after the exhibition we will send the painting back in the roll itself. Outstation artworks must reach the designated postal address by September 15th, 2025. The academy will arrange the courier after 10 days of the exhibition.
Submission for In station Artists: In station artists should drop the paintings on 25th of September at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath at 11 AM at galleries 1, 2, 3 & 4. And collect the paintings after the exhibition on the 28st September at 7 pm. Join us for this mega event of art and get awarded for your extraordinary works !

Original Artwork:
Artwork should be original and not done in any workshop. If it so will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY:
a) The exhibition is open to all artists in India, who have, completed the age of 18 years.
ENTRY FEE:
An entry fee of Rs.1500 per category. No exhibit will be placed before the Selection and Judging Committee unless the entry fee is paid.

Entries not adhering to this format will not be considered without any notice.
SELECTION & JUDGING:
The artworks will be juried by a distinguished panel of accomplished artists, and the results will be announced on 20th August 2025. The Jury will see artistic composition and media proficiency. Decisions rendered by the jury are final.
SALE:
If an artwork is sold, 15% of the artwork price will be payable as commission to the organizer.

Prafull B. Sawant (born 1979 in Nasik, India) is widely regarded as one of the foremost realistic artists in the world. Daniel smith published watercolor set under his name as Daniel smith Prafull Sawant Master artist set in 2019 and also davinci published his signature brushes in June 2025, he is first Indian to get this honor from the international brands
Prafull is the first Indian artist to become a Signature Member of the American Watercolor Society. In 2015, he became the first Indian to win at the 148th American Watercolor Society International Exhibition in New York. Over his distinguished career, he has received more than 100 awards, including 50 international honors.
Renowned for his mastery in capturing light and atmosphere, he is considered one of the leading contemporary plein air watercolorists in the world.

Vikrant Shitole is a renowned watercolor artist celebrated globally for his paintings’ simplicity, clarity, and depth. M G Doddamani was born in Gulbarga district Karnataka. He completed BFA (Painting) with first rank with gold medals from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga in 1990. He went on to get MFA (Graphics) from Viswa Bharati University, Santiniketan, in 1992. He has won many awards including the state Lalit Kala Academy and National Award AIFACS New Delhi. He teaches art on a regular basis. He lives and works in Bangalore.
Rashmi Soni is an internationally renowned contemporary artist and curator with an impressive list of achievements. Rashmi Soni turned out a passionate artist from Political Science lecturer and now holds Gold Medal in painting diploma. She is the founder of Shiny Colors Fine Art Academy, an art school based in Bangalore that has thrived since its establishment in 2013. She is also a co-founder of the “Opus International Artist Forum,” a platform dedicated to women artists, initiated in 2022.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the art world, Rashmi Soni was honoured with the prestigious Karnataka Vishesh Samman ‘Kala Bhushan Award’ in 2023 by the Global Scholar Foundation in Belgaum.
